Let's talk about...

Fear is something that we have to face each day. It prevents you to do anything because you are afraid that you will fail, that you won't succeed. You choose to stay at your comfortable zone doing nothing, because you think that is better to keep it going in same way than maybe make it worse. After a certain time you wonder why nothing is going on and will it stay like this forever?
You put yourself in a position from which you don't know how to get out, you stay in the same place where you've always been and all that because of the fear that you feel.
For example if you have to do one important test and you start questioning yourself if you are ready enough to do it well, you may start feeling anxious and afraid of what might can happen. The fear will grow and seduce your mind so much that it's going to suppress all the things you've learned so far, by stopping your brain to focus on things that are happening right in front of you.

However, if you try to relax little bit, and you say to yourself with belief  "I can do it, and I will do it. I'm not going to let fear to win me", you will be truly amazed how much you can do if you only believe in yourself.

 Strah je nešto sa čime se suočavamo svakodnevno. Zaustavlja te da uradiš bilo šta jer se plašiš da ćeš pasti i da nećeš uspeti u onome što si naumio. Odlučuješ da ostaneš u svojoj udobnoj poziciji ne radeći ništa, jer smatraš da je bolje da stvari ostanu onakve kakve jesu iz straha da ih ne pogoršaš još više. Posle odredjenog vremena počinješ da se pitaš zašto se ništa ne dešava i hoće li zauvek biti ovako? Pronalaziš se u situaciji iz koje više ne znaš kako da se izvučeš, ostaješ na istom kako god da okreneš i sve to zbog straha.
Na primer, ako kroz par dana imaš veoma bitan test koji treba dobro da uradiš, počneš da preispituješ samog sebe da li si dovoljno spreman za njega i odjednom postaješ nervozan i plašiš se šta sve može da se dogodi. Strah će rasti sve više i okupiraće tvoj mozak dovoljno da potisne sve stvari koje si naučio do sad, zaustaviće ga da se koncentriše na ono što se dešava ispred tebe.

Ali ako pokušaš da se opustiš i kažeš sebi sa verom u svoje reči " Ja mogu i ja hoću da to uradim. Neću dozvoliti strahu da me pobedi", tek tada shvatićeš koliko možeš da uradiš samo ako veruješ u sebe.
