Let's talk about...


Monday. I know how hard it can be to wake up on monday and realize how many things you have to do during week. You don't know where to start first and how to get energy to just get up from your bed. So I decided to give you some tips that I really hope will help you to get tru this day and whole week.


1. When you wake up, think of something that made you smile last week. It will help you immediately to be positive and get up with more energy.

2. Drink warm water wtih lemon as soon as you get up. Lemon water will hydrate your body, boost energy, boost brain power and a lot of other things that are good for your body.

3. Don't skip breakfast. Eat something that you really love. Good meal in the morning can help your body prepare for the upcoming day.

4. Write down all the things you have to do. By this way you don't have to keep everything in your head and you won't forget to do anything.

5. Do the big things first, then the small things. In the morning you have the most energy and in this way your day won't seem that long and you will feel satisfied.

And last, but not least

6. When you get home, take a time for yourself. Take a long bath, listen to some good music or watch your favorite show. You deserve it! :)

Ponedeljak. Znam koliko je teško probuditi se na ovaj dan i shvatiti koliko stvari imate da uradite tokom nedelje. Ne znate odakle da počnete i kako uopšte da dobijete energiju da samo ustanete iz kreveta. Baš zbog ovoga, odlučila sam da vam dam neke savete za koje se nadam da će vam pomoći da prebrodite ovaj dan i celu nedelju.

1. Čim se probudite pomislite na nešto što vam je izmamilo osmeh prošle nedelje. Istog trenutka osećaćete se bolje i ustaćete sa mnogo više energije.

2. Čim ustanete popijte čašu tople vode sa isceđenim limunom. Topla limunada će hidrirati vaše telo, povećati energiju, povećati koncentraciju i još mnogo drugih stvari koje su dobre za vaše telo.

3. Ne preskačite doručak. Pojedite nešto što stvarno volite da jedete. Dobar obrok ujutru će pomoći telu da se pripremi za ceo dan.

4. Napišite sve stvari koje morate da uradite. Na ovaj način ne morate da čuvate sve u glavi i nećete zaboraviti ništa da uradite.

5. Uradite prvo velike stvari pa tek onda male. Ujutru imate najviše energije i treba to da iskoristite. Na ovaj način dan vam neće delovati predugačko i osećaćete se ponosno i zadovoljno.

I poslednje, ali ne i zadnje

6. Kada dođete kući ostavite malo vremena za sebe. Napravite toplu kupku, slušajte dobru muziku ili gledajte vašu omiljenu emisiju. Zaslužili ste to! :)

    1. You start with small steps. At first I couldn't eat breakfast too but I forced myself because I knew how important that is for my body. Then it simply became my habit. :)

  4. Not skipping breakfast is a great tip, Although you be surprised how many people actually skip it. I find a shake a good option if you can't face eating something. Same benefits only blending it together and drinking it :)
